I would like to try these vitamins because I am currently not taking any. I need something that can boost my energy levels because some days I feel so drained! And I know I am too young to be feeling that way. These vitamins can also help with my PSM symptoms :)

I've made drastic changes in my life. Going completely natural from my hair to skin products (Burt's Bees is great) to my food almost completely eliminating meat and dairy. If i can naturally boost my energy and mood with something that's naturally good for me and not just what the doctor prescribed I'll give it a try.
