As we go through life and are put in certain circumstances, we learn that even the one person who wasn’t supposed to let us down……probably will. You will have your heart broken, probably more than once and you will break hearts too, so remember how you felt when yours was broken.
You will walk out of people’s lives and they will walk out of yours for various reasons. You will make a new love pay for the things an old love did. So laugh too much, love like you have never been hurt, forgive those who have wronged you and never regret anything that once made you smile. Every minute you spend holding onto resentment and unhappiness is time that you could have spent living life to the fullest.
You can not move ahead in life if you are spending time and energy trying to figure out how to get even or why someone does not want to treat you the way you would like to be treated. No one is perfect so don’t let your mistakes own you. When you know better, do better but always keep it moving. You only get one life to live. This is your day, this is your moment, choose wisely.
