Hi, loves! I'm sitting here trying to muster up the energy to get my workout in tonight and I started wondering when does everyone else work out? I used to workout in the mornings but, I don't want to get all sweaty before I have to start my day anymore so I'm doing evenings now. But, I find it hard some evenings because I'm
so tired (excuses much?).
What time of the day do you get your workout in?
I love working out at night after a long day, showering then sleeping good!!
