Inspiration Mondays--Laugh It Off

I'm sure you will agree that there's nothing like a good, side-splitting laugh. Laughter is the best medicine for the soul, mind and body.  It has been proven to relieve stress and tension in your muscles, boost the immune system, remove anxiety and make you feel just good all over. 

Life can throw us many curveballs but, how we choose to deal with them can make all the difference in the world.  Learning to laugh helps us to see the brighter side and eventually leads us to finding a solution.  I have often made myself laugh at a situation to keep from crying (and it really works!)

Even when the stress and strain of life threatens to overwhelm you,  take time out to count your blessings and give yourself the opportunity to have fun and find humor.   A more positive outlook on life will help to improve your relationships, health and prepare you to overcome any obstacle that comes your way.  Life is too short to live one that is mundane and miserable. Set aside time to laugh your heart out!
