Anyone who knows me well, knows that I have serious 'baby fever' from time to time. Given the fact that I'm 30, I can definitely feel the tick tock of my biological clock. I have been doing all of my research on the natural ways to prepare my body for a natural, health pregnancy within the next few years. One of the areas I have been working on is my diet.
