Hi, loves! I was at home for a few hours today and felt a snack binge coming on so, I decided to whip up a little something that would satisfy my hunger and still be healthy. Smoothies are my go-to snack when I do not want to scarf down a bunch of processed snacks.
Recipe:
-1 frozen banana
-1 handful of spinach
-1/2 cup of almond milk
-1 tsp of peanut butter
That's it! You get your protein and greens all in one. It's a great between meal snack!
