30-day Cardio Challenge: White Out Day
For those of you following me and the 30-day Cardio Challenge that I started on Feb.1st, yesterday's challenge was a nutritional challenge. I forgot about it so I will be doing it to day instead. It's White Out day! This means no unhealthy white foods!

ReplyDeleteYes! Great goal! For me this is so the way to go. I did this for 30 days, then for 60, and now its pretty much how I roll. I do still use a bit of mayo sometimes, but I cut out the others for good. I sub sugar with raw turbinado or honey. I personally noticed less head colds, sinus problems, and bloating. Please keep us posted how it works out for you :)
