30-day Cardio Challenge: White Out Day

For those of you following me and the 30-day Cardio Challenge that I started on Feb.1st, yesterday's challenge was a nutritional challenge.  I forgot about it so I will be doing it to day instead.  It's White Out day! This means no unhealthy white foods!
  •  No white sugar
  • No white flour
  • No mayo
  • No creamy dressings or sauces
  • No dairy
  • No white bread
Opt for whole grains, fruits and veggies instead.  And use lemon juice and fresh herbs as toppings on your salad.You can also have whole wheat bread and pasta. A quick rule of thumb is: if it's packaged, it's probably processed and it's best to avoid these types of foods as much as possible.

  2. Yes! Great goal! For me this is so the way to go. I did this for 30 days, then for 60, and now its pretty much how I roll. I do still use a bit of mayo sometimes, but I cut out the others for good. I sub sugar with raw turbinado or honey. I personally noticed less head colds, sinus problems, and bloating. Please keep us posted how it works out for you :)
