When I first decided to get serious about my health and wellness, I went crazy and bought so many supplements and vitamins. At one point, I was taking about 6-7 supplements and vitamins each day. (Crazy, I know!) I did some research and realized that I did not need all of these. I have since cut back to just a multivitamin and maybe 1 supplement a day (maca root) and I feel just as good as when I was taking more.
How many vitamins/supplements do you take each day?
