Updates to My Summertime Fine Routine

Hey ladies! (and gents) I know I've been gone for a minute but, I wanted to stop through and post a video of  a new workout I've been incorporating into my weekly regimen.  The beautiful lady in the video is Jenelle Salazar, a fitness trainer here in Atlanta, whose site I came across after seeing her posts on Instagram (her body is bangin'!)

This particular workout works your hamstrings, glutes, shoulders and abs.  I was so sore the next day and I love when I'm sore because it means I really worked my body! The fact that it only took me about 25 minutes to do the whole thing (3 reps of each exercise) is icing on the cake as I'm not one for hour-long workouts everyday.

  1. That’s a great workout, and what’s amazing about it is that you can incorporate it into other routines because it’s so easy to do. You can even use is to warm up for more advance sets. Plus the fact that you only need a few weights to do it and can do it in a bit of open space.
