This particular workout works your hamstrings, glutes, shoulders and abs. I was so sore the next day and I love when I'm sore because it means I really worked my body! The fact that it only took me about 25 minutes to do the whole thing (3 reps of each exercise) is icing on the cake as I'm not one for hour-long workouts everyday.
