Hi loves! I've decided to do more leisure reading whenever possible. I used to read quite a bit in my spare time growing up, but between college, work and just life, reading for fun has not been on my list of priorities. I want to change that so, when I was on Instagram (follow me! @msselby1) I was scrolling through and saw where Myleik, founder of curlBox, posted that she was reading The Happiness Project. I had briefly heard about this book somewhere else and decided to check it out.
I'm just a few days in and I can't put it down! This book already has me contemplating what I need to do to start my own happiness project. Life is too short to be unhappy, and honestly I feel like I've spent too much time unhappy. I'm actively changing that though and this book has really showed me some more ways to go about doing that. What good books have you come across lately? Have you read The Happiness Project?
