Natural Deodorant

Ever get those little, painful lumps in your underarm and wonder what caused them? Look no further than your anti-perspirant deodorant. Most deodorants contain aluminum and other ingredients designed to prevent you from sweating. This can clog the pores under your arm leaving you with dreadful lumps. The high traces of aluminum in anti-perspirant deodorants has also been linked to a higher risk of breast cancer.

Sweating is our bodies way of removing toxins and when we try to stop our bodies from what it needs to do naturally, it can cause adverse effects. In any case, we would rather not walk around smelling sweaty. The solution? Try Thai Crystal Deodorant stone, which can be found in Whole Foods. It is aluminum free, non-staining, hypoallergenic and eliminates odor. It is made from mineral salts and that's it! It not only works great but, is the best thing for your body.

Other deodorant options include lemon juice, baking soda or Milk of Magnesia. Although I have never tried any of these three, I have heard from others about the great results they have experienced. Who knew your deodorant could be found in your kitchen!!
