Today is Day 2 of the 30-day fitness challenge! Today's challenge is a 2-minute ab workout. It was really intense but I'm glad that I pushed myself to do the entire thing despite feeling very 'under the weather'.
Workout:
The first time, do 25 reps of each exercise. The second time, do 20 reps of each exercise and that's it for today!
1. Situps
2. Rocky Balboas
3.Toe Touches
4.Vertical Situps
5.Core twists (A.K.A. the Muffin top killer)
