1/2 bag of frozen blueberries
1/2 bag of Tropical smoothie blend frozen fruits (mango, strawberry, pineapple)
1 Vanilla Dannon Oikos greek yogurt
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 handful of raw spinach leaves
I put everything in my trusty blender and that's it--a healthy breakfast smoothie! Sometimes I add a cup of apple juice for added sweetness or a few tablespoons of agave nectar. After a workout, I add 1-2 scoops of whey protein powder.
