Jump on the Pilates bandwagon

After hearing all of the buzz about Pilates, I  decided to try it out one day. I had heard a lot about it on television and from others who tried it and I must say I was hooked on the first day. Pilates teaches you muscle and breathing control. Most of the positions rely on using your core muscles ( your abs and back) and I really felt it the next day! Within a matter of weeks, there was noticeably more tone and definition in my abs. Pilates is not just an ab workout though, it works all of the muscles in your body, improves your posture and gives you more graceful movements.

Many fitness gyms and studios now offer pilates classes. If you are looking for something to change up your workout routine that will give you flexibility and tone, I highly recommend taking a Pilates class.
